If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase or require a different size we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange provided that
a) The item is returned in the condition you received it and in its original packaging
b) It is returned within 14 days of receipt together with the original delivery note
c) The item has not been worn,laundered,stained or damaged in any way.
d) Returns from outside Europe to be clearly marked 'RETURNED GOODS' to avoid any duties being levied.
e) It would help if you contact us to advise of any items you wish to return stating the reason why and your order/customer number.
f) Postage will be charged at the appropriate rate on all exchanged items. You must append credit card details so that the correct amount can be charged otherwise we will be unable to despatch
